    1. Who is Nextgadgets.eu?

    Nextgadgets.eu is an online store. We specialize in gadgets and electronics. We place your order directly at factories in Asia, so you get the best prices! For this we only request a little fee.

    2. How does it work?

    - You make an order at Nextgadgets.eu.
    - We will forward that order to the factory in Asia.
    - The factory will ship the order directly to you.

    - We charge a little fee for this service. See below how much.
    - Your order is shipped from Asia. Consider the delivery time a little longer then normal.

    3. How much is the fee?

    We charge a fee of 30% of the total order value. With a minimum of  €5. This amount is excluding VAT.

    4. How quick will I have my order?

    Normally your order is shipped in 2-7 days. This depends on the product, please check the product page. Delivery normally takes up to 15 - 25 workdays. This depends on your country.

    5. How much are the shipping charges?

    Shipping is free for all orders in Europe. (Yes, also very small orders!).

    6. Can I return a product?

    Yes you can. But you have to pay for shipping charges.

    7. What if the product is damaged or defect?

    Please send us a photo of the defective item, and also a photo of the packaging. We will discuss this with the supplier and provide a good solution. Normally a new product will be send.

    8. Can I cancel my order?

    Yes that is possible. But this only possible before your order is tranferred to the supplier. You will get an email when you order is tranferred to the supplier.

    9. How can I pay?

    We accept Paypal payments. You can also pay with creditcard with Paypal. This is also possible if you do not have a paypal account. You can also pay by bank transfer.

    10. Where can I go with questions, comments or complaints?

    You can always send an email to Nextgadgets.eu (info@nextgadgets.eu) and we will answer you shortly.

    11. The payment failed!

    You can resume your Paypal payment by click on the email at the bottom of the confirmation email.

    12. What happens with my personal data?

    Your address and email data is secure. Your data will never be shared with other organizations without your permission.
